Dr Tim Hearn joined the Department of Medical Genetics at the University of Cambridge as a Teaching Fellow in 2018. Prior to that he completed his PhD in plant genomics in the Department of Plant Sciences at the University of Cambridge. After a brief foray into industry at Bayer, Dr... read moreHearn returned back to complete post-doctoral research and teaching in the Department of Plant Sciences and the Department of Cell and Developmental Biology at UCL. Dr Hearn now runs the Comparative Chronomics research group, where he studies circadian clock function in humans by taking a comparative omics approach. Dr Hearn is a Fellow of Murray Edwards College, and a college teaching officer (Lecturer) at Newnham College. Dr Hearn has accumulated over 1000 hours of small group teaching.
