Prior to founding Liquidaty, Matt was a structured finance investment banker at JP Morgan for a decade, where he executed over $70 billion of securities origination, advised clients on bank M&A transactions and portfolio valuations, and served as a lead architect of the representations & warranties framework used for JPMorgan's... read morefirst post-crisis RMBS transaction. In addition to his role as an investment banker, he led a team in building and populating systems analyzing several billion mortgage-related data points and served on a committee for resolving matters relating to several hundred billion dollars' of securities. Matt holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale College, an MBA from Columbia Business School and a JD from Columbia Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and is a CFA® charterholder.
