Andrew began his career as a Unilever trainee. He joined Britvic Soft Drinks in 1997 as Marketing Director, became Category Director in 2000 and was part of the team that floated the business on the LSE in December 2005. He led a team of 150 responsible for high profile brands like Robinsons, Tango, Pepsi, 7UP, J2O, Britvic and Purdeys amongst others, and was credited with a string of innovations including J2O and the Fruit Shoot range of juices and waters. In his career Andrew has been presented with several high profile awards for innovation and creativity including Gold Lions, Gold EFSPs, Aerials and APGs. In 2006 Andrew was appointed as President of the Marketing Society. Andrew is a former Chairman of the executive committee and is a member of the council of the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers. Previously Andrew served on the governmental advisory committee on advertising from 2002 to 2008.
