Hao Liang is a PhD candidate in Finance at Tilburg University’s Center Graduate School, and a visiting researcher at Harvard University. He won the prestigious HSP Huygens Scholarship awarded by the Dutch government to the most distinguished students in the Netherlands. His research interests are in corporate finance, corporate governance,... read moreentrepreneurial finance, corporate social responsibility, and Chinese OFDI. His current research projects include investigating the foundations of corporate social responsibility, and Chinese firms’ globalization strategies and executive compensation. He has presented his research at Harvard, Cambridge, LSE, Copenhagen, Humboldt-Berlin, etc. He is a member of American Law and Economics Association and Tilburg Sustainability Center.
