Paz Estrella Tolentino is Lecturer in International Business at the School of Business, Economics and Informatics, Birkbeck, University of London. She received her PhD in Economics from the University of Reading, UK. She holds a Master’s degree in international business and economic development, also from the University of Reading. Her PhD dissertation received the 1989 Academy of International Business Richard N. Farmer prize for the best PhD thesis in international business. Her research interests include theory of the multinational enterprise, multinational enterprises based in emerging markets, international business history and international business strategy.
