Biography

Denise M. Rousseau is the H.J. Heinz II University Professor of Organizational Behavior and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon's Heinz College and the Tepper School of Business. She was the 2004-2005 President of the Academy of Management and the 1998-2007 Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Organizational Behavior. Two-time winner of the Academy of Management's best book award, Prof. Rousseau's research and teaching focus on evidence-based management and positive practices in managing change and human resources. She is the founder of the Evidence-based Management Collaborative, a community of practitioners, educators, and scholars, whose new book is the Oxford Handbook of Evidence-Based Management.
