Maureen L. Ambrose is the Gordon J. Barnett Professor of Business Ethics in the College of Business at the University of Central Florida. She received her Ph.D. in 1986 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has also been a visiting scholar at the Instituto d'Empressa in Madrid and the Universite de Toulouse in France. She has published over forty articles. Her work focuses on the causes and consequences fairness in organizations, ethics, and workplace deviance. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Management and of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
