His research lies in the domains of marketing and corporate communications, brand marketing, and marketing theory. He has published over 120 academic papers, and 14 books in connection with these areas. He is currently engaged in a major three country research project evaluating the efficacy of the elaboration likelihood model (ELM). He has published many leading papers on the topic of integrated marketing communications.
