Graham Dietz was a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Durham Business School, Durham University. He received his PhD in Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics in 2002. He had published several articles on trust and trust repair in leading international journals, including the... read moreAcademy of Management Review and International Journal of Human Resource Management. He was a co-editor of a book on trust across cultures (2010: Cambridge University Press), and a report on trust repair after organizational crises for the Institute of Business Ethics. He has consulted on trust with a variety of firms, and regularly spoke and presenter on the management conference circuit. Prof Dietz sadly passed on January 2015.
