Biography

Qing joined the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from The Ohio State University, where she was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the marketing department. She also received her PhD in statistics, with a minor in marketing from The Ohio State University. Previously Qing worked at JPMorgan Chase as... read morea Vice President of Risk and Knowledge Management, Cendant Corporation as a Manager in database marketing, and Capital One as a Senior Statistician Manager in marketing and analysis. Her research focuses on the application and development of statistical theories and methodology to help solve problems in marketing and marketing research. Qing's areas of interest include conjoint analysis, consumer choice, experimental design and Bayesian methods. She has been an ad-hoc referee for Marketing Science, Journal of Business and Economics Statistics, and Communications in Statistics: Theory and Methods.
