Prof. Hope Hailey specializes in working with large, mature corporations in collaborative research partnerships. She is particularly interested in exploring the challenges of corporate renewal and transformation. Her research focuses on the link between business strategy, HR strategy and change management. She has published in various academic journals and her book Exploring Strategic Change is part of the Prentice Hall Exploring Corporate Strategy series and is already in 2nd edition. She also co-authored Strategic Human Resource Management (published by Oxford University Press) with Lynda Gratton.

She is Vice-President at the University of Bath and was previously a professor at Cranfield School of Management. She was also a Fellow at the Judge Institute of Management at the University of Cambridge where she was a founder member of the Leading Edge Forum Research Team (1993-2003).
