He is lead relationship partner for a number of UK listed companies including Carnival Cruiselines, Luminar and Compass, as well as privately held companies PizzaExpress, Odeon and Champneys. Robert has extensive experience of acquisition due diligence and is one of the firm’s accredited partners for UK listings work. He was a leading member of the British Association of Hospitality Accountants Technical Panel which prepared guidance for the implementation of FRS15 (Tangible Fixed Assets) for the hospitality industry.
