He has led IBM’s CRM practice in the UK, Ireland and Netherlands and prior to this has played many roles in PWC consulting including leading the development of their market strategy offering, working on the global CRM leadership team and jointly leading the marketing and operations consulting team in the UK. Rod is author of several articles on marketing and multichannel and recently co-authored a book on customer interaction, The Multichannel Challenge.
