Dr. Masamitsu Honma is Fomer Director-General of National Institute of Health Sciences (NIHS). He received the PhD degree in The University of Tokyo. He has studied... read moreabout DNA repair, mutagenesis, genotoxicity QSAR models, etc., and published more than 250 papers. He has also been involved in numerous regulatory-related activities at regulatory bodies both domestically and internationally, and spent approximately 30 years developing genotoxicity test guidelines in the ICH (S2, M7) and the OECD. His achievements at ICH were recognized, and he received the ICH Award in 2022.
