Abstract
In the evolving landscape of hybrid work environments, organisations face the challenges of bridging the gap between remote and in-office employees and attracting a younger workforce while adapting to the rapid pace of technological change. This paper presents a comprehensive strategy for creating effective hybrid workspaces prioritising connectivity, collaboration and digital equity. Central to this strategy is integrating appreciative inquiry principles with agile process management tools, aiming to foster a culture of innovation and inclusion. The demographic shift towards a younger, tech-savvy workforce, alongside the continuous advancement in communication technologies, necessitates a new approach to workplace design and technology integration. The paper outlines a roadmap for organisations to navigate the complexities of the hybrid work model, ensuring a connected and empowered workforce.

Author's Biography
Craig Park is an Associate Principal and Director of Digital Experience Design at Clark & Enersen, an architecture and engineering practice based in Lincoln, Nebraska. He is a building industry veteran and an award-winning and nationally recognised thought leader in the design of communication and collaboration facilities. Craig earned his BS in architecture from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He is a Fellow of the Society of Marketing Provider Services (SMPS) and an American Institute of Architects (AIA) Associate. He is based in Charleston, South Carolina, and serves on the board of trustees of the South Carolina Architectural Foundation. Craig is an active member and regularly published in the journals of the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA), the Audio Visual Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA), the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and the Society of College & University Planners (SCUP).
