This is an eye-opening analysis of an industry that is closely tied to building surveyors, structural engineers, valuers, architects and — by extension — lawyers.

Author's Biography
Anthony Le is Head Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Smooth Commercial Law. A solicitor with almost 20 years’ legal practice in areas as diverse as regulatory, health and safety, crime and commercial litigation, Anthony has the all-round experience to advise clients, as well as those cases at the intersection between different disciplines. In addition to non-contentious commercial drafting, Anthony has worked on very complex litigation cases with a claim value of £1.5bn and those involving technical aspects such as construction disputes, and enjoys supporting clients by pulling important strands together.
