Abstract
This paper explores the Yale Alumni Association's (YAA) strategy for implementing Yale Alumni LIVE, a multi-channel social media endeavour aimed at actively engaging virtual audiences. The programme, which was a collaborative effort among various teams within the YAA, creates avenues for mission-led conversations and campus-wide collaborations with minimal technological and budgetary constraints. The Yale Alumni LIVE programme can be scaled and adapted to align with the needs and mission of an organisation of any size.

Author's Biography
Carissa Violante digital native with over a decade of experience using visual design to tell stronger stories. She employs an audience-first methodology when crafting communications and leverages technology to build engaging digital experiences. She received a 2021 CASE Circle of Excellence gold award for her work conceptualising, developing and implementing Instagram effects for alumni engagement. Prior to joining Yale, she gained both in-house and studio experience in a variety of industries. She holds a Master's degree from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Stefanie Stevens passionate advancement professional with more than ten years of experience in alumni, student and donor engagement, non-profit development and fundraising. She was awarded a 2021 CASE Circle of Excellence bronze award for her work on Yale Alumni LIVE. Prior to joining Yale, she spent six years as the Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement at Albertus Magnus College, where she started an award-winning student alumni association. She holds a Master's degree from Albertus Magnus College and a Bachelor's degree from Roanoke College.
