Author's Biography
Rob French BSc (Hons) MSc (Proj Man) FRICS MPTS MFPWS, is a Senior Partner at Delva Patman Redler LLP and head of the company’s London team of specialist surveyors. A Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience, Rob has all-round building surveying experience as well as party wall and boundary dispute surveying expertise, which allows him to fully understand the client and project team requirements when advising on developments. Rob is actively involved in surveyors’ education and is past treasurer of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust and past chair of the RICS London Matrics University Liaison Committee. He is a Freeman of the City of London and Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors. Rob was asked by the RICS to sit on the working group panel tasked with updating the latest version of the ‘Boundaries; procedures for boundary identification, demarcation, and dispute resolution’ guidance note.
