Author's Biography
Pulina Whitaker focuses her practice on a variety of labour and employment matters, including transactional employment law in sales and acquisitions; acting for corporations and multinationals in defence of claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination claims related to sex, race, religion, age and disability, and breach of contract claims; European data privacy and anti-bribery issues; whistleblower hotlines for European-based companies and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements; and other international investigations and compliance matters.
