It discusses how desktop automation, itself a relatively recent innovation in financial services, encourages relationships between vendors to optimise front-office processes and improve business outcomes.

James Wooster is COO of Glue42, a provider of desktop integration platforms. He has an extensive background in software integration solutions and spent his formative years in a variety of development and architectural roles.
