Abstract
This paper concentrates on how the FIU Foundation utilises descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to increase fundraising efforts. From utilising data techniques to establishing prescriptive analytical reports, this paper provides non-profit fundraising organisations valuable guidance on cultivating long-term, personalised relationships with constituents, securing future donations to their organisation and maintaining a sustainable culture of philanthropy.

Author's Biography
Michael Martinez currently serves as Director of Information Technology at the Florida International University (FIU) Foundation, where he oversees business intelligence, analytics and enterprise operations. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Professional MBA with a concentration in Information Systems, Michael has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, having previously worked with nonprofits and private companies.
Yolanda Rodriguez MBA currently serves as the Director of Gift Services and Data Management at the FIU Foundation, with over 18 years of experience in leadership. She is skilful in non-profit fundraising administration, database management/enrichment, analytics/BI, website creation and maintenance, budgeting and cashflow projections and security. Yoly is efficient in implementing new strategies, improving work environments and process improvement via Six Sigma techniques.
