Author's Biography
Jennifer Bryan has over 15 years of change management experience and brings a vast and varied business experience to her management practice. Having qualified and practiced as a change professional, operated in project roles within commercial functions, managed global teams and latterly led teams in change management, she connects with clients from a position of real insight and understanding. Jennifer has created a unique change leadership model that has been utilised within multiple organisations and industries. Her motto is ‘there is no change without learning and no learning without change’. Jennifer believes people need the space and time to effect change and develop. She uses an intuitive sense of what is needed by gathering the facts to uncover the true heart of the issues. Her style works with the knowledge that human beings are multi-faceted by nature, so achieves lasting change with clients by taking a holistic approach and working with the whole person.
