Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has only confirmed what we already knew: modern supply chains must be built on a foundation of extreme agility and responsiveness. Fortunately, advanced technologies are making it easier for the supply chain to consider real-time data as conditions change, perform predictive analysis and react immediately, often with little to no human intervention. This paper discusses how companies can work with their trading partners to achieve profitable agility across their end-to-end supply networks, no matter what the future holds. It posits that they can do this by leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and predictive analytics.

Author's Biography
Terence Leung is Senior Director, Product Marketing — Supply Chain Execution and Logistics at Blue Yonder. He is an accomplished industry and supply chain leader with extensive experience improving supply chain performance. Prior to joining Blue Yonder, Terence was the leader in product marketing and value engineering at One Network. Previously, he was in leadership positions in industry management at Savi Technology and solutions and management consulting at i2 and Deloitte Consulting respectively. He has a keen interest in digitalisation and the value it generates throughout the supply chain. Terence holds an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin and an electrical engineering degree from MIT.
