Abstract
This paper discusses how a re-evaluation of strategies prompted by the combination of personnel and workflows changes and the impending migration from DSpace and Luna repositories to a new Samvera application provided the university of Cincinnati Libraries Digital Content Team with an opportunity to assess and appraise assumed processes and identified several areas that would benefit from an overhaul.

Author's Biography
Hannah Stitzlein is the Document Manager at the World Trade Center Health Program at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Her previous roles include Metadata and Repository Services Librarian at University of Cincinnati Libraries, and Metadata Services Specialist for the Illinois Digital Heritage Hub at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She earned her BFA at the Pacific Northwest College of Art, and her MLS at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Sidney Gao is the Digital Imaging Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati, where she oversees the digitisation of special collections material in the Preservation Lab. Previously, she worked as the Interim Audiovisual Reformatting Specialist at the University of California, San Diego’s Geisel Library. She earned her bachelor of arts at the University of California, San Diego.
James Van Mil is the Digital Projects and Preservation Librarian at the University of Cincinnati, where he oversees the ingestion and preservation of digital content. James has worked in the University of Cincinnati Library for over ten years in a variety of positions, including Developer Librarian, E-Resources Librarian and many others. He earned his bachelor of science in anthropology from the University of Cincinnati and his MLIS from Kent State University.
