Abstract
The World Wildlife Fund is an international conservation organisation with over 100 offices across the globe. This case study reviews challenges and solutions pertaining to the creation of workflows and policies to centralise photography and video acquisitions, and increase awareness about the value of digital asset management across stakeholders and cross-functional departments prior to the implementation of a new digital asset management platform at the organisation’s US headquarters.

Author's Biography
Jennifer Anna is the Photo and Digital Asset Manager for the World Wildlife Fund in Washington, DC. She has worked with image licensing agencies, advertising and marketing and communications teams to build their visual libraries. Her current role involves working with communication and production teams and conservation photographers to tell the story of the World Wildlife Fund’s conservation work. She has a graduate degree in library and information science.
