Invite colleaguesInvestigating the differences in transfer passengers' perceptions of airport service quality
Abstract
This paper seeks to investigate the differences in transfer passengers' perceptions of airport service quality at Incheon International Airport. To investigate the differences in passengers' perceptions, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied to data collected from the three major transfer passenger groups, namely, English, Chinese and Japanese-speaking people. The results reveal that transfer passengers' perceptions of airport service quality are significantly different according to differences in cultural backgrounds.
