Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) will be a source of much disruption for banking strategic plans. Bank executives will need to be ever-increasingly agile to address the challenges and opportunities presented by the IoT. These challenges can be categorised in terms of the bank's needs for access and feedback from the devices within the IoT. This paper provides a paradigm for understanding these challenges and offers specific examples of the issues and opportunities presented by the dynamic world of the IoT.
