Abstract
Across the spectrum of CRE facilities, numerous disruptors are shifting the landscape — influencing how, when and where people choose to do their work and forcing corporations to rethink the size, location and configuration of the modern workspace. CRE can easily get swept up in chasing new and emerging technologies, ranging from the latest smart grid systems to autonomous vehicles. The key is to survey potential solutions through a pragmatic lens, with deep analysis and understanding of an organisation’s value chains.

Author's Biography
Tama Huang is a Principal and Global Real Estate Advisory Services Leader of CohnReznick, LLP.1 Based in Chicago, Illinois, Tama launched NOI Strategies in 2003 to meet the unique needs of the commercial real estate industry using technology to improve business processes. Based in Australia, Vincent is knowledgeable in strategy planning and business architecture and has a record of success defining and delivering value-oriented change to companies in asset-intensive industries. He consults with firms in Asia and the Americas, frequently acting in chief architect or CIO roles. He has led IT strategy development and delivery for major public companies in Australia, including one of the country’s largest publicly-listed diversified property groups.
