Financial institutions must evolve from reactive upgrades to proactive digital strategy planning. At Travis Credit Union, a six-step framework was implemented to advance meaningful and sustainable progress in digital initiatives, reflecting this philosophy. This paper outlines that framework and offers practical guidance for financial organisations seeking to modernise with intention and purpose.
