Alan Dutka has an extensive background as an executive, educator and author in the fields of marketing research and statistical analysis. He is an expert in the design and implementation of customer satisfaction research. Mr. Dutka began his career as a market research analyst with the B. F. Goodrich Company... read morein 1967. He has served as Manager of Statistical Analysis and Operations Research with two Fortune 200 companies. He is currently President of NSRC, a marketing research company located in Cleveland, Ohio. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Mathematics at the University of Akron and has 23 years experience teaching at the University of Akron and Cleveland State University. Mr. Dutka is author of the American Marketing Association's AMA Handbook for Customer Satisfaction. This book was chosen by the Newbridge Executive Book Club as a feature selection for the month. He has an undergraduate degree in marketing and Master of Science degrees in both statistics and mathematics.
