Biography

Ren-Hua Chung is a postdoctoral research associate at the Duke Center for Human Genetics. He earned his PhD in bioinformatics at North Carolina State University in 2006. His research focus is on statistical method development for human complex disease gene-mapping. He is currently working on applying the ordered subset analysis... read more(OSA) for linkage to APL so that genetic heterogeneity can be properly accounted for in the association test.
