Biography

Randall B. Dunham, Professor of Management & Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is Faculty Director of the Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER). He has served as Department Chair, Senior Associate Dean, Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, and Executive MBA Director. He holds the Bennett Chair... read moreof Management. Prof. Dunham teaches global management, organizational behavior, compensation, research methods, staffing, doctoral seminars, and executive education courses. He has led study trips for students and faculty to China, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, England, Italy, and Switzerland. He has extensive online teaching experience and has led workshops on technology-enhanced learning at over 50 schools in 15 countries. He has received multiple teaching awards. Prof. Dunham has served on the Board of the Pacific Asia Consortium for International Business Education and Research, chairs the World Affairs and Global Economy Committee, and is a Board member of the International Activity Council. He is committed to developing learning-abroad opportunities for students. At the Academy of Management, Prof. Dunham has chaired the Organizational Behavior and Research Methods divisions, served on the Board of Governors, and held membership on two editorial boards. He is a member of the Academy's Journals Hall of Fame and has made over 60 presentations at annual Academy conferences. Prof. Dunham has received research funding from the National Science Foundation, Department of Labor, Office of Naval Research, Department of Education, and others. Dunham received M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois in Organizational Psychology, and a B.A. from Hanover College.
