Biography

Dan Davison is a member of the Mathematical Genetics group in the Department of Statistics, University of Oxford, UK. His research interests centre on the study of population structure, population history and speciation. He's currently studying population structure in data from humans in the UK and continental Europe, and developing... read morenew methods for fitting models of admixture to large genotype data sets. He received his PhD in 2006 from the University of Chicago, working in the research groups of Jonathan Pritchard and Shannon Hackett.
