Clifford Woolf is the Richard J. Kitz Professor of Anaesthesia Research in the Division of Medical Sciences at Harvard University. His research is focused on investigating the way in which the functional, chemical and structural plasticity of neurons contributes to adaptive and maladaptive changes in the mammalian nervous system.
